Holistic wellness encompasses many areas or dimensions of our lives, below are the core 8 dimensions of wellness:

If you do not make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness. Read that again. As organizations we need to realize the health of our company’s bottom line and the health our employees is inextricably linked. We cannot treat them separately, or we will pay a heavy price both collectively, financially and personally.
